Delicious Buffet Experience

I had a buffet lunch for a group of 20 people, and it was nothing short of amazing! The arrangement was perfect, and the food from soup to dessert was really good, especially the beef dish and chicken kondattom. The ambiance was lovely, and the staff was very courteous and helpful, which made our dining experience enjoyable. Spacious and Comfortable Rooms

I booked three rooms for a family trip, and we were pleasantly surprised by how spacious and well-equipped the rooms were. They were serviced daily, with clean linens and sufficient storage space. My experience at the South Park hotel was quite mixed. While the service from some staff members was commendable, the overall state of the hotel was disappointing. The rooms had an unpleasant smell and cleanliness issues that detracted from comfort. The restaurant experience also fell short of expectations, particularly with the breakfast offerings and the general ambiance, which lacked the local touch. Overall, I believe the hotel needs significant improvement in several key areas.

While the central location and large executive suite were definite highlights, the overall maintenance and housekeeping left much to be desired. There were issues with the shower flooding and cleanliness that need attention.
